Irish home prices rose 7.4% annually in August 2025, matching July’s rate, with the median price at €375,000.
Prices outside Dublin climbed 9.2%, outpacing Dublin’s 5.3% increase, driven by strong growth in the Midlands (12%) and South-East (6.8%).
The highest prices were in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown at €675,000, and the lowest in Donegal at €190,000.
