A Georgia woman, Iesha Smith, was arrested on October 12, 2025, after Nebraska State Patrol troopers discovered 130 pounds of suspected methamphetamine in her Nissan Altima during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near mile marker 440 in Sarpy County.
The stop, initiated for speeding around 6:45 p.m., led to suspicion after a drug-sniffing dog detected a controlled substance.
A search of the trunk revealed multiple trash bags containing the drug.
Smith, 47, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and held in Sarpy County Jail.
