The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with India's Solar Energy Corporation (SECI) to develop 300 MW of solar energy projects across DRDO facilities, aiming to achieve net-zero campuses by 2027.
The agreement, signed in New Delhi, supports India’s clean energy and defense self-reliance goals.
On the same day, DRDO launched the Indian Radio Software Architecture (IRSA) standard 1.0, a framework to standardize military communication systems and enhance interoperability among software-defined radios, advancing indigenous defense technology.
