The vehicle was linked to multiple police pursuits and fraud-related offenses across the Central Coast and Port Stephens regions. Authorities discovered two sets of modified license plates and unspent ammunition during a search. The man faces charges including police pursuit, driving with a suspended license, driving as an unsupervised learner, unlawful ammunition possession, and bail breach. He was denied bail and is set to appear in court the next day. The woman was released pending further investigation, and police said more charges are expected related to suspected fraud.
