Wisconsin urges bill-payers to act before winter disconnection ban starts Nov. 1, 2025.
The Wisconsin Public Service Commission is urging utility customers with unpaid bills to set up payment plans before the winter heating moratorium begins on November 1, 2025, when disconnections for nonpayment are banned.
