The 30th European Union Film Festival launches October 31 in New Delhi, with screenings in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, showcasing 28 films from EU member states and Ukraine.
Organized by the EU Delegation to India and partner embassies, the festival highlights resilience, identity, hope, and human connection through diverse stories.
Films include Austria’s *Happy*, Denmark’s *Matters of the Heart*, Finland’s *The Missile*, and the Czech Republic’s *The Waves*, among others.
Screenings occur at four New Delhi venues, with all films shown in English and admission on a first-come, first-served basis; some titles carry an 18+ rating.
The event marks three decades of Indo-European cinematic collaboration.
