A new end-of-life planning guide, launched by the Southern NSW Local Health District on October 11, 2025, offers clear, reliable information on legal documents, voluntary assisted dying, funerals, talking to children about death, and grief support. Una nueva guía de planificación de fin de vida, lanzada por el Distrito Local de Salud del Sur de Nueva Gales del Sur el 11 de octubre de 2025, ofrece información clara y confiable sobre documentos legales, muerte voluntaria asistida, funerales, hablar con los niños sobre la muerte y apoyo al duelo. Co-authored by palliative care social workers Beverley Bryant and Sarah Shaw, the resource was developed using family and professional input to replace outdated or inconsistent materials.
