A mother in east London, Nazli Merthoca, 24, has been found guilty of manslaughter in the death of her three-month-old daughter, Kaylani Kalanzi, who suffered fatal injuries including brain trauma, a broken leg, and fractured ribs after being violently shaken and struck.
