ClwydAlyn Housing has secured a £35 million medium-term loan from Principality Commercial to build over 1,100 affordable homes by 2030 across North Wales.
The funding will support projects in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Powys, and Wrexham, including developments in Buckley, Holyhead, and Penrhos Polish Village.
The housing association, which manages 6,800 properties and employs 800 staff, also provides services for vulnerable residents.
The investment aims to expand energy-efficient housing and address regional shortages.
