Chariot Corp. found major lithium-caesium-tantalum deposits in Nigeria, with drilling planned and acquisition expected by Q4 2025.
Chariot Corporation has confirmed promising lithium-caesium-tantalum pegmatite deposits at its Fonlo and Iganna projects in southwest Nigeria, following site visits that revealed extensive artisanal workings, large spodumene crystals including rare "hiddenite" up to 50cm long, and significant near-surface mineralization.
The projects, part of a larger Nigerian portfolio with 254 square kilometers of exploration licenses, show up to 6km of strike length and deep shafts, indicating strong potential for near-term development.
A 2,000–4,000m diamond drilling program is planned, with initial results expected by December after sample analysis in Nigeria and Canada.
Chariot also holds high-priority lithium targets in Nevada-Oregon, adjacent to major deposits like Thacker Pass.
The company expects to finalize its acquisition of the Nigerian assets in Q4 2025.
