Argyle has launched Doc VOI, a new income verification service that uses OCR to analyze uploaded paystubs and W-2s, enabling mortgage lenders to verify income automatically when direct payroll or banking connections aren’t available. Integrated with Freddie Mac’s AIM Check API and ICE Mortgage Technology’s Encompass system, the tool delivers structured income reports in minutes, supporting faster underwriting, reducing manual reviews, and increasing eligibility for rep and warrant relief. It complements Argyle’s existing VOIE, VOE, and VOA verification solutions, all approved by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, helping lenders improve efficiency, meet GSE requirements, and enhance borrower experiences.
