Zigma Global won a top Indian clean-up award for reclaiming 14.5 lakh tons of waste using science-based methods.
Zigma Global Environ Solutions received the Swachh Andhra Award 2025 for its work in cleaning up legacy waste sites across Andhra Pradesh under the Urban Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0.
The company used scientific methods like bioremediation and bio-mining to reclaim over 14.5 lakh tons of waste, produce 50,000+ tons of Refuse-Derived Fuel, and support Andhra Pradesh’s goal of becoming India’s first legacy waste-free state by October 2, 2025.
The award was presented in Vijayawada by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, recognizing Zigma’s efficiency and impact in cities like Tirupati and Visakhapatnam.
