Operation Christmas Child, a Samaritan’s Purse initiative, will open nearly 5,000 drop-off locations across the U.S. from November 17–24, 2025, for gift-filled shoeboxes to be sent to children in need worldwide. Since 1993, over 232 million boxes have been delivered to more than 170 countries, with a 2025 goal of reaching 12 million children affected by war, poverty, and disaster. Participants can pack boxes using an online guide or donate $10 to track their gift’s journey. The campaign, led by Franklin Graham, aims to share the Gospel through acts of kindness, with local churches aiding distribution. A searchable online tool helps find nearby drop-off sites.
