A 29-year-old Biddeford man, Joshua Uriah Farseer, was arrested on October 12, 2025, after allegedly speeding at 114 mph in a 40 mph zone on Portland Road in Arundel, Maine.
York County Sheriff’s Office deputies observed the violation and initiated a pursuit, leading to his arrest on charges of criminal speeding and driving to endanger.
Farseer was taken to jail, posted $200 cash bail, and was released.
He is scheduled to appear in court on December 23 at the York Judicial Center in Biddeford.
