Isaac Vola, 21, of Caversfield near Bicester, was sentenced to 40 months in prison for possessing 100 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin with intent to supply.
The offense occurred on September 2 after an off-duty officer witnessed a suspected drug deal on Charlotte Avenue, prompting Vola to flee and discard a bag containing the drugs, valued at £2,000.
This marked his third drug-related conviction, including prior jail terms at ages 17 and 19.
At Oxford Crown Court on October 10, prosecutors emphasized the scale of the operation and Vola’s role, while his defense cited personal struggles and financial hardship.
