India’s 2025 enrolment drive lets employers join unenrolled workers in EPFO, waiving past employee contributions.
India has launched the Employees' Enrolment Campaign 2025, running from November 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, to expand social security coverage under the EPFO.
Employers can voluntarily enroll workers hired between July 1, 2017, and October 31, 2025, who were previously unenrolled, with no enforcement actions taken.
A key incentive is waiving employees’ past provident fund contributions if not deducted from wages, requiring only the employer’s share and a Rs 100 penalty.
The campaign applies to all establishments, including those under investigation, and participants may qualify for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri-Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana.
Employers must register online via the EPFO portal.
La campaña de inscripción 2025 de la India permite a los empleadores unirse a los trabajadores no inscritos en EPFO, renunciando a las contribuciones anteriores de los empleados.
