West Best Bloc Fest '25, now in its fourth year, drew crowds to Newcastle’s West End with over 100 bands performing across 12 stages. The festival featured a diverse lineup including emerging Gen Z acts like Trophy Wyfe and Maple’s Pet Dinosaur, genre-blending groups such as Poltergeist 9000, and established acts like Hard-Ons, whose performance was elevated by You Am I’s Tim Rogers. Other standout acts included Grace Turner, FHM, and The New South Whales, showcasing indie, punk, and experimental rock.
