He emphasized government support through schemes like PM-Kisan, MSP increases, and state-level initiatives including interest-free loans, 80% machinery subsidies, free irrigation, and a ₹200 crore polyhouse fund, along with bonuses on wheat and sugarcane. The state also launched a ₹1,000 crore climate-resilient rain-fed farming project and horticulture policies for apples, kiwis, millets, and dragon fruit with subsidies and grading support.
