Over 3,300 short-wait public flats launched in Oct 2025 across Singapore, exceeding annual target.

Over 3,300 Build-to-Order flats with wait times under three years will be launched in October 2025 across four projects in Yishun, Sengkang, and Bedok, part of a total 9,100 units. The flats include two-room flexi, 3Gen, and community care apartments for seniors, with amenities like senior care centers and shared rental units. This brings the 2025 total of shorter-wait flats to 4,690, exceeding the target of 4,500. HDB plans to launch 4,000 such units annually in 2026 and 2027 to reduce waiting times.
