From July 9 to October 6, 67,536 plates were scanned using 10 mobile units and police breath testing stations, identifying 982 individuals with outstanding fines.
Of those, 278 paid immediately, 127 set up payment plans, and 45 vehicles were clamped.
Sixteen vehicles were auctioned, with 52 more scheduled, while 31 people paid to avoid auction.
The program, now expanding to at least 39 scanners, aims to ensure victims receive compensation and reinforce accountability, with officials urging those with unpaid fines to settle debts to avoid losing their vehicles.
