Surveillance video shows Fox pushing past the bus driver, threatening the victim, and urging his daughter to continue hitting her. He is charged with first-degree harassment, two counts of fourth-degree assault, and trespassing on a school bus. A $100,000 cash-only bond was set, but as of Saturday, he had not been taken into custody. The incident occurred shortly after 9 a.m. near Frost Avenue and Florissant Road.
