Malaysian authorities dismantled an online gambling ring operating from a luxury home in Kuala Lumpur, arresting 11 Chinese nationals on October 9.
The suspects, detained on Jalan P. Ramlee, allegedly used messaging apps to target overseas markets and had falsified or expired travel documents.
Seven passports, 11 laptops, seven phones, three computer sets, and RM3,900 were seized.
All are being held at Putrajaya Immigration Office and face charges under the Immigration Act.
The operation, led by the Intelligence and Special Operations Division, is part of broader efforts to combat cybercrime and strengthen border security.
