On October 12, 2025, Arizona Cardinals tight end Travis Vokolek was taken off the field on a stretcher after a neck injury during a kickoff return against the Indianapolis Colts, remaining motionless on the turf before being stabilized and transported off the field. He was alert, able to move his extremities, and gave a thumbs-up during medical treatment. Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. was also ruled out with a concussion after hitting his head on the turf during a reception. Both players were sidelined for the remainder of the game.
