A 21-year-old Bicester man, Isaac Vola, was sentenced to 40 months in prison for possessing 100 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin with intent to supply, following a September 2 incident where he fled after an off-duty officer observed a suspected drug deal.
The seized drugs were valued at £20 each.
This marks Vola’s third drug-related conviction, including prior jail terms.
At Oxford Crown Court, the judge highlighted the scale of the operation and his role, while the defense cited personal struggles like debt and trauma.
The court ordered the destruction of the drugs, a burner phone, and £20 in cash.
