Ontario funds $4.1M for two new addiction recovery hubs in Brockville and Smiths Falls, launching in 2026.
Ontario has approved $4.1 million annually for three years to launch two new HART Hubs in Brockville and Smiths Falls, replacing former safe consumption sites near schools.
Operated by LLGAMH, the hubs will offer integrated addiction treatment, mental health care, housing support, and vocational training but won’t provide supervised consumption or needle exchanges.
The Brockville site, in the former Fulford Academy, is set to open in early 2026, with Smiths Falls launching in December.
The initiative is part of a broader provincial plan to expand community-based recovery services across 28 hubs.
