Michigan State quarterback Aidan Chiles was taken out of Saturday’s game against UCLA in the third quarter after a hard hit during a running play, sustaining a glancing helmet impact and significant shoulder force. He was attended to on the field and treated in the sideline medical tent, later replaced by redshirt freshman Alessio Milivojevic. Chiles had completed 8 of 17 passes for 66 yards and rushed for a touchdown before exiting, as Michigan State trailed 24-7. The extent of his injury remains unknown.
