Mahindra Lifespace partners on Mumbai redevelopment and buys Pune land, expanding projects across seven cities.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has become the preferred partner for redeveloping four residential societies in Malad (West), Mumbai, on a 1.65-acre site, expecting ₹800 crore in revenue from free area sales. The company also acquired a 13.46-acre plot in Pune for a ₹3,500 crore residential project. These moves expand its development portfolio across seven Indian cities, with over 49 million square feet of residential projects and 5,000 acres in integrated developments and industrial clusters underway.
