Lincoln’s Bench Brewing acquires Ace Hill and Liberty Village brands, expanding its RTD portfolio.
Lincoln’s Bench Brewing Co. has acquired the Ace Hill and Liberty Village beer and cider brands from Ace Beverage Group, finalizing the deal on October 6.
The brands will continue under their current names and be brewed at Bench’s Beamsville facility.
Ace Hill, launched in 2016, features a pilsner and a ready-to-drink Lemon Vodka Soda, while Liberty Village offers a zero-sugar dry cider.
The acquisition strengthens Bench’s focus on the growing ready-to-drink segment, which saw a 9.5% sales rise in Ontario in 2024, reaching $745.1 million.
Nationally, RTD beverages, ciders, and coolers generated $2.29 billion in 2023–24.
Products remain available at LCBO stores and restaurants, with online sales expected soon.
This marks Bench’s second acquisition this year, following its July purchase of Karbon Brewing Co., and underscores its commitment to sustainability and strategic growth.
