Iran says it’s open to U.S. nuclear talks if sanctions ease, but no proposal has been received.
Iran says it’s open to a "fair and balanced" U.S. proposal on its nuclear program but hasn’t received one, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said, stressing Iran’s right to uranium enrichment and willingness to take confidence-building steps if sanctions are eased.
Backchannel talks continue via mediators, though direct negotiations haven’t resumed.
