Howbery Park’s nature-themed art contest awarded prizes to young artists, with Siufoon Ng winning £500 for the top adult entry.
The winners of Howbery Park’s “wellbeing in nature” art competition were announced, with Siufoon Ng taking first place in the over-18s category and receiving £500.
Rosie Pink and Ronan Holley won in the 12 to 18 and four to 11 age groups, respectively, each earning £50 and their schools £250.
Jen Skene and Paul Whitehouse were highly commended, each receiving £250.
The winning artworks were displayed at Howbery Park’s Manor House until October 10, with a ceremony on October 7 hosted by Andy Brown, joint CEO of HR Wallingford.
Donna Bowles, a judge and estates manager, praised the entries’ diverse interpretations of nature’s calming effects.
