Vascon Engineers Ltd has won a ₹161 crore redevelopment project in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for the Saudamini Building, with completion expected in 36 months. The project advances the company’s focus on Mumbai real estate redevelopment, which includes ongoing developments in Santacruz and Powai. The company’s redevelopment pipeline spans about 0.4 million square feet and is projected to generate ₹1,050 crore in sales. By FY27, Mumbai projects are expected to make up half of Vascon’s total real estate portfolio. The firm is also expanding its order book through EPC contracts in infrastructure and institutional projects across Mumbai and Western India.
