Scottish MPs urge UEFA to ban Belarus from football over human rights abuses and war support.

A symbolic gesture includes plans to send signed Scottish team shirts to two Belarusian fans serving prison terms for political activism.
While UEFA has banned Belarus from hosting matches and restricted club games against Ukraine, it has not expelled the national team, a decision critics say undermines its human rights commitments.
