PRISM restructures leadership to boost global growth, appointing new COOs for Europe and Asia.

PRISM, parent company of OYO, has reshuffled leadership, naming Ankit Tandon COO and CEO for Europe, overseeing global operations including Belvilla, DanCenter, and G6 Hospitality. Varun Jain becomes COO-Asia, leading India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Tandon will also manage vacation homes in Europe and Australia, while Jain leads Traum Ferienwohnungen and new ventures. Shreerang Godbole retains his role as Chief Service Officer with expanded responsibilities. Shirish Damani joins as COO, Europe Homes & Hotels. Gautam Swaroop departs to pursue tech ventures but will advise leadership. Ritesh Agarwal said the changes aim to boost global growth and execution. PRISM operates in over 35 countries.
