Oscar Jimenez Larios, 39, of Glendora, was arrested in West Covina on suspicion of attempting to lure underage girls near schools and sexually assaulting a teenage girl in February. Authorities say he offered a ride to a teen near a middle school, then assaulted her in a parking lot before she escaped. In October, he was caught trying to approach two more girls near schools, leading to his arrest. He faces multiple charges, including lewd and lascivious acts on a minor and annoying and molesting a child. Larios is being held without bail and is scheduled for a court hearing next month. Police are urging witnesses to contact Detective Hernandez and advise parents to discuss safety with teens.
