Madura Plains, one of the world’s largest sheep stations at 711,638 hectares, is for sale in Western Australia’s remote Nullarbor region.
The property, which supports over 60,000 sheep and 3,500 goats, features modern infrastructure including 1,400km of solar-powered pipelines, Starlink connectivity, and 118 paddocks.
Acquired in 2016 by C.C.
Cooper & Co, it has been upgraded with a 10,000-head feedlot and electronic tagging for livestock.
The sale, managed by Elders Real Estate, includes all assets and begins a staged expression of interest process in October 2025, with no asking price set.
