HYDRAA reclaimed 5 acres of government land in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills, worth Rs 750 crore, after removing illegal structures and encroachments by Parthasarathi, who used a fake survey number and unregistered deed. The site, partly allocated to the water board for a reservoir, had been secured with fencing, bouncers, and dogs. Authorities cleared the area, filed four criminal cases, and marked it as government property. Since July 2024, HYDRAA has reclaimed over 923 acres of public land and processed 5,000 complaints.
