Sanchez, who was in town for a Fox Sports broadcast, was charged with felony battery, public intoxication, and unlawful entry into a vehicle. Tole, a newly minted U.S. citizen and truck driver, said he used pepper spray and a knife after Sanchez allegedly entered his truck and attacked him. Sanchez was hospitalized with serious injuries and missed his broadcast duties, with Adam Amin filling in. Tole has filed a civil lawsuit against Sanchez and Fox Corporation.
