The study found 94% of boys aged 11 to 17 use online platforms daily, 91% encounter body image messages, and 70% witness online bullying, while over half see racist, homophobic, or misogynistic language.

While some online spaces offer inspiration, researchers stress the mixed nature of digital experiences and urge parents to engage sons in open, non-judgmental conversations about identity, noting that nearly 90% have discussed being a man with parents, and many found the talks helpful.
