Pinpoint, an AI-powered social operating system, has raised $2.5 million in a round led by Phoenix Capital Ventures to help brands convert social media followers into customers.
The platform enables brands to run email and SMS-like campaigns, collect data, and offer support directly within Instagram and TikTok DMs, all without leaving the apps.
Since its beta launch five months ago, over 100 brands with a combined following of more than 500 million have adopted it, with some reporting up to a 30% revenue boost.
Investors include Flybridge, Upside Ventures, Antler, and strategic backers from Spotify, Google, Twilio, and the Raine Group.
Early customers such as NOCA Beverages, Playmaker, Brooke Monk, The Sidemen, and KSI also invested.
The funding will support team growth and platform improvements based on user feedback.
