A judge invalidated Ken Hill’s last will due to suspicious circumstances, leaving his $83M+ estate to be split among his nine children.
A New York judge has invalidated a one-page will allegedly created by Ken Hill, a Six Nations entrepreneur, citing suspicious circumstances including lack of witnesses, no digital records, and the document being only a photocopy.
The will, handed to Hill’s partner in a sealed envelope after a Bahamas party in 2021, named a child unknown to associates and lacked a witnessed signature.
Hill, whose estate is valued at least at $83 million and possibly much higher, had previously avoided estate planning and distrusted lawyers.
With the will dismissed, his estate—including properties, businesses, and cash—will now be divided among his nine children.
The ruling is subject to appeal.
