A 29-year-old Oxford, Mississippi man, Lawrence Hakim II, was arrested on 14 counts of credit card fraud after allegedly making $61,035 in unauthorized transactions on a New Jersey victim’s card between May 28 and June 13, 2025.
The arrest followed a joint investigation by Oxford and Randolph, New Jersey police, who used surveillance footage to identify him.
