A Las Vegas woman was arrested for illegally prescribing medication to schoolchildren using fake credentials.
Crystal Scott, 44, of Las Vegas, was arrested on October 1, 2025, on multiple felony charges including practicing nursing without a license, forgery, and furnishing dangerous drugs to minors.
Authorities were alerted in late September after discrepancies in insulin orders at Clark County School District schools prompted an investigation.
Scott, who was not a licensed medical professional, allegedly used the credentials of licensed nurses and physicians to issue fraudulent medical orders through an unlicensed facility called “Glucose N Glow.” She is accused of providing unauthorized prescriptions for 12 students, ages 5 to 14, including insulin and other medications.
Police found medical supplies and forged documents during a search.
All affected families have been notified and offered alternative medical resources.
The investigation is ongoing.
