Elizabeth Bohrer, 37, no longer faces DUI charges after toxicology tests showed no alcohol or drugs in her system following a September 1, 2025, crash at Harrisburg’s Kipona Festival.
She remains charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault by vehicle and multiple traffic offenses after driving through barricades and injuring three people, including a 6-year-old boy with serious injuries.
The incident occurred as the festival ended on a closed street in downtown Harrisburg.
Prosecutors dropped the DUI charge based on the test results.
Bohrer is set to appear at a preliminary hearing on October 6, 2025.
