Dublin councillor agrees to stop filming or approaching Pepper Finance employees' homes after court dispute.
Dublin city councillor Gavin Pepper has agreed not to film or approach the homes of Pepper Finance employees, including managing director Ian Wigglesworth, following a court dispute.
Pepper, a taxi driver with ties to far-right social media activity, claimed he spent less than 40 minutes near Wigglesworth’s home and could not afford legal help, questioning why he was sued.
In a letter to the court, he pledged to stop such actions and remove most related social media posts.
His legal team said most content has been deleted, and the case may be resolved informally.
The matter will return to court Friday after Pepper Finance responds.
