Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched Dubai Founders HQ, a new 'phygital' platform combining a physical campus at Dubai World Trade Centre with a digital ecosystem to support startups and SMEs.
Developed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the initiative aims to help 400 SMEs grow by 2033, aligning with Dubai’s D33 Agenda.
It offers entrepreneurs access to mentorship, funding, licensing, and global networks through a hub-and-spoke model.
Over 25 public and private sector partners, including firms in finance, tech, and venture capital, are involved.
The launch underscores Dubai’s push to become a leading global innovation hub through public-private collaboration.
