A Chattanooga man was convicted of fentanyl trafficking after drugs were found in a motel room where he exchanged drugs for sex.
A Chattanooga man, Ladarius Nollie, 35, was convicted of fentanyl trafficking in Catoosa County, Georgia, after an anonymous tip led to his arrest at a Fort Oglethorpe motel on January 8, 2025.
Authorities found nearly 10 grams of fentanyl hidden under the mattress, along with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Prosecutors said Nollie rented the room and exchanged drugs with a mother and daughter for sexual acts.
Video showed him confident the drugs wouldn’t be found.
On September 29, 2025, a jury found him guilty, and Judge Brian House sentenced him to five years in prison followed by 25 years of probation.
