Aehr Test Systems reported a decline in fiscal 2026 first-quarter revenue to $11.0 million, down from $13.1 million year-over-year, and a GAAP net loss of $2.1 million, compared to a prior-year profit. Non-GAAP net income fell to $0.2 million. Bookings reached $11.4 million, with backlog rising to $17.5 million including recent orders. The company cited strong demand for its Sonoma burn-in systems driven by AI and data center semiconductor testing, including follow-on orders from a major hyperscaler and the delivery of the world’s first production wafer-level burn-in systems for AI processors at a leading OSAT. A strategic partnership with an OSAT to develop advanced test and burn-in solutions for high-performance computing and AI processors is underway.
