Three individuals, including conservative influencer Nick Sortor and activists Son Mi Yi and Angela Davis, were arrested at a Portland protest outside an ICE facility on October 1, 2025, on second-degree disorderly conduct charges.
Court documents allege Sortor, a white man in his thirties, used a bright phone light to film protesters, allegedly provoking reactions.
A person in black, later identified as Mi Yi, intervened, shoving an umbrella with "ACAB" written on it toward Sortor, who threw it and fled, pursued by a crowd.
Davis, 49, dressed in a feathered bird outfit, reportedly chased Sortor with a large feathered stick, causing him to fall.
Davis was released the same day, delaying her arraignment.
Sortor and Mi Yi were also released and are scheduled for arraignment Monday, with the district attorney deciding whether to pursue charges.
Details are based on Davis’s probable cause documents, as similar filings for the others have not yet been made public.
