Despite distractions from spectators, including one exposing himself and others placing stickers on his jersey, he finished 31 seconds ahead of Belgium’s Remco Evenepoel, with French teen Paul Seixas third. This victory marks Pogačar’s sixth one-day win of the year and extends his dominance, following a recent World Championship win and multiple victories at major races including the Tour de France and Il Lombardia. He is set to race again at Il Lombardia on October 11.
