Over 5,000 people raised $1 million at Baltimore’s Heart Walk to fight heart disease, the nation’s leading killer.
On October 4, 2025, over 5,000 people gathered at Camden Yards in Baltimore for the Greater Maryland Heart Walk, raising more than $1 million for heart disease research and CPR training.
Emceed by FOX45’s Tom Rodgers, the event featured CPR demonstrations by local sports mascots, recognition of heart disease survivors, and a “Move More” line dancing celebration.
Organizers emphasized the urgent need to combat cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death in the U.S., and encouraged ongoing community support and donations.
